Welcome to Global Strategic Management Institute

GSMI is a regional organization within SADC and has its headquarters in Zimbabwe. The institution is duly registered and incorporated in Zimbabwe under the Business Registration Act for Companies and Other Business Entities Act [Chapter 24:31] and that the company is Private limited. The Company Certificate No. (34349A0232025) issued on 3rd day of March 2025. By virtue of the authority governed under the powers of the act, we are legally and lawfully permitted to conduct capacity building and Consultancy programmes in line with the Board of Directors Mandate.

The institution’s registration license is renewed yearly under strict compliance with its objectives stipulated in its articles and memorandum of Association as a regulatory mechanism. As a full member of SADC, Zimbabwe holds the protocol as the destination of training for all member states within the region, and this perfectly places our institution as the base for absorbing delegates within the block. By this recognition and acceptance, many organisations whose list is included in their brief, have unequivocally destined almost all their training requirements to GSMI. We believe, our impact within the SADC region will be widened to include development training programmes across Africa and beyond.

Our challenge in this millennium is to be part of the premier training frontier for the delivery of customized and effective training methodologies for the region and the Globe. GSMI training policies are guided by both national and international training policy standards.

  • To broaden training opportunities for our clients through the provision of training manuals, training of trainers, and the franchise system.

  • To design and compliment priority training programmes in line with current needs and policies. To foster the use of case studies in training.
  • To equip trainers with specialized knowledge and skills through a Trainer's Certificate programme.
  • To provide in-house and outreach training programmes for our clients in their home.

  • To train on good Corporate Governance and its Impact on Organizations and Governments in 21st Century.
